Shift times: Typically 7:45am – 8:15pm
Hourly Rate: £14.81/hr (plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide outstanding support to adults with complex needs
· Lead by example on shift and support the day-to-day running of the home
· Coach, mentor and supervise Support Workers
· Support with care planning, audits and quality assurance activities
· Administer and oversee medication safely
· Promote independence, choice and dignity in everything you do
· Work closely with therapists, families and multidisciplinary professionals
· Help create a safe, positive and engaging environment where people can flourish
· Support residents to enjoy social activities, hobbies and community experiences

Ideally you’ll have:
· Previous experience within a care or support environment
· Experience supporting people with complex needs, disabilities or additional needs
· NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Good IT and record-keeping skills
· A positive, resilient and caring nature
