  What we’re looking for

  This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

  We're looking for a Senior Sexual Health Practitioner to join our sexual health service for the London Borough of Redbridge. Working across the borough, the successful candidate will be delivering high-quality, evidence-based sexual health services across a range of community settings, working with some of the borough's most vulnerable and marginalised populations, including young people, sex workers, and people who use substances. They will provide specialist advice, information, and treatment, manage partner notification processes, and contribute to clinical audit, health promotion, and the development of service pathways.

  As a senior practitioner, you will also play a key leadership role, line managing other practitioners, providing mentorship, and supporting the ongoing development of the team and service. You'll work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, building strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to extend the reach and impact of our sexual health offer across Redbridge.

  Our sexual health practitioners are central to ensuring that people who are often hardest to reach can access compassionate, non-judgemental care in the places and spaces that feel accessible to them. You won't just be delivering clinical interventions, you'll be helping people to make informed choices about their health, feel safe enough to seek support, and access the wider care they need.
