Salary: 11,023,886 COP per month

About the role

Reporting in to the Head of People and Culture (UK based), the Senior People and Culture Advisor will make a meaningful impact on others across all the stages of the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and drive overall organisational success.

The post holder will provide strategic and operational HR support to Multi-Country Clusters for the MCC LAC (Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Colombia) on high impact initiatives building relationships based on trust and openness and drive meaningful change.

Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Senior People and Culture Advisor include:

  • Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture in embedding a culture of continuous learning within the MCCs, ensuring staff promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge to meet organisational values and goals.
  • Manage of end-to-end HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including needs identification, development of TDR, launching recruitment and hiring processes, onboarding, exit processes, compensations and benefits, internet HR operations, performance management and employee development.
  • Adapt global organizational processes and formats to the regional context, and act as a liaison between MCC and the headquarters to address strategic decisions, cases, situations, organizational changes and staff-related matters.
  • Proactively identify opportunities with MCC leadership in resourcing the right capabilities, and talent to achieve organization goals
  • Embedding HR policies through giving clear and consistent advice and technical information to managers in the promotion of people management practices across the organisation and in compliance with the local context .
  • Ensure CA managers and employees have the right guidance and supported through employee relations case work, managing risk and compliance with legislation and organisational values.
  • Drive and cultivate strategic contracts with third-party suppliers, driving value creation while reflecting CA's standards and commitment to excellence.
  • Model a culture of continuous improvement through the creation of collaborative, inclusive work environment fostering a culture where everyone feels seen in handling employee relations matters with transparency, fairness, and compassion.
  • Drive organisational design, development, and change management initiatives with integrity, ensuring alignment with CA's values and strategic priorities.
  • Leverage people data to provide actionable insights, fostering a culture of proactive and solution-oriented engagement across the organisation

About you

Who we are looking for

Essential:

  • A recognised professional management qualification or graduate status in HR Management of equivalent significant experience. Significant experience in HR business partnering or a similar role within a complex, multi country organisation.
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Significant experience with data analysis concepts and tools, with the ability to interpret intersecting HR data to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience in using human Capital Management (HCM) systems and e-recruitment platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developed analytical skill to make judgements in line with organisational values and goals.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Experiencing in leading, coaching and developing a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the non-profit or international cooperation field.
  • French language skills are desirable.
