Senior HR Business Partner
About the role
The People Team are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service, and advice across the organisation.
This is a great opportunity to develop and embed business partnering across the Group, leading and developing a great team of experienced HR professionals and working collaboratively across the People Services team to deliver Group business and people plans.
The role will be advisor to senior leaders as well as delivering an HR service supporting our employees in key work including health and wellbeing, talent management, change and talent acquisition.
You'll be
- An experienced HR Business Partner with a proactive and business focused approach.
- Analytical in approach identifying areas for development in talent management, talent acquisition and performance management, and develop solutions in response.
- Knowledgeable of employment legislation and able to oversee and support in employee relations, organisational change and skills development.
- Able to create visibly of the team in the Group and engaging with employees to understand our culture, establishing key working relationships.
- Confident using systems and people metrics to inform decision making, identifying trends, and working as a team to develop proactive solutions.
- Able to demonstrate excellence in your own practice to lead a high performing team providing an agile, expert and professional HR Service.
