We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures team as Senior Administrator at our new and innovative Trauma Responsive Therapeutic Community Residential Service, Ophelia House, Yarnton.
The Role
As the Senior Administrator, you will firstly support the implementation of this new service then once open in Autumn 2023. Then you will be based in the service leading on the support team functions, including managing all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-today- administration and finance processes of the service.
Whilst the service is 24/7, this role is Monday to Friday with flexible working opportunities.
About You
To join us as the Senior Administrator at Ophelia House, you will need:
- Previous experience of office administration, preferably within the health and social care sector
- Strong numeric skills with the ability to manage financial processes such as managing funding of placements, banking of payments, personal allowances and petty cash.
- Confident in the analysis of datafor monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Experience of line managing others is desirable although not essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Wordand familiar with relevant database management systems
- Experience of being an excellent communicatorand able to support growth of professional relationships
- Experience of working with people whouse drugs and/or alcohol or another comparable fieldis desirable although not essential
