Main School Receptionist (Part-time) – 17.5 hours per week

Working 8.00am – 5.30pm (Thursday) and 8.00am to 5.00pm (Friday), 34 weeks per year (term time only including INSET days)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic School Receptionist to join our team on a job share basis, working Thursday and Friday. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff, you will provide a professional, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service, ensuring a warm welcome while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy school reception. The role will involve answering the switchboard and providing administrative and secretarial support.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be welcoming and approachable with excellent communication and IT skills.

Closing date:  9.00am, Tuesday 30 June 2026.  Interviews will take place Wednesday 1 or Thursday 2 July 2026.
