We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and optimistic person to join us in our School Office on a part-time basis.
As the welcoming face of the School, you will be the first point of contact for information, dealing with requests and receiving parents, visitors, staff and others. You will also provide a range of vital administrative support services to a variety of school functions. You will need to be a problem-solver who enjoys exercising initiative, helping people, and working at a fast pace.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and flexible person, with a high degree of professionalism and organisational skills. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with ease.
