We’re looking for a Retail Process Manager to join our Digital Transformation Programme Team until the end of June 2028. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will be supporting the Operations and Merchandising Manager on our Digital Transformation Programme in ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme is successfully delivered.

Your role

As Retail Process Manager you will be responsible for the management multiple workstreams simultaneously across retail, and will support the team on the process changes required as part of the implementation of D365.

You will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

  • Ensure project delivery to time, cost and quality.
  • Work closely with the Digital Transformation Programme team ensuring that the retail project is kept on track and considered within other elements of the programme.
  • Support the definition of the project benefits, identify how these will be monitored and measured to form the Benefits Realisation Plan.
  • Support the creation of solutions with the end user in mind, working closely with internal stakeholders including the regional engagement team, the Volunteer Engagement Team and the Warehouse.
  • Manage co-ordinating activity across the workstreams through plans, holding the project team accountable for delivering to the baselined plan
  • Manage transition to 'business as usual' ensuring there is a plan to deliver the outputs

About you

You’ll have strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task while remaining calm and professional. Able to help identify, communicate and resolve project issues, mitigate risks, making the appropriate recommendations to maximise project benefits.

To be our Retail Process Manager you will need:

  • Experience in successful delivery of business change projects with the ability to apply both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Ability to guide, encourage and motivate team members and other project stakeholders through to the delivery of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Have an understanding of the retail industry and ideally worked within a merchandising team.
