Retail Assistant Shop Manager – Heywood
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Shop Manager, to help support the day-to-day running of our busy charity shop in Heywood. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys retail, working with people, and making a positive impact in the local community.
Day to day, you’ll be supporting the Shop Manager with daily operations, help maximise sales and achieve shop targets and supervise and motivate our volunteer team. You’ll also provide excellent customer service in store, assist with sorting donations, merchandising and window displays and ensure the shop is clean, safe and welcoming.

Do you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
If you have retail or customer service experience, can communicate with people on all levels, a positive hands-on attitude, and a passion for Charity work and community support we’d love to hear from you!
