As a Restart Team Leader, you’ll lead, inspire, and motivate a team of advisers to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers on the Restart Programme. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, embedding a positive and high‑performing culture, and ensuring customers receive the best possible support to move closer to sustainable employment.
Working closely with the Business Manager and wider support teams  including Employer Services, Integration, and Specialist Teams you’ll help remove barriers, unlock opportunities, and achieve meaningful progression for the people we support. This is a fast paced, performanc by results environment where your leadership, resilience, and ability to engage others will make a genuine difference.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range  £29,858 to £32,585  p.a. Location:Office based role is Weymouth

Hours:   37 hours a week.  Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet, and strive to exceed, personal and Team performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and coach team(s) to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager and internal support functions such as Employer Services, Integration teams, and specialist operational support, to drive customer progression and successful outcomes.
  • Drive a high performance culture in line with Seetec Pluss’ vision and values.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Previous leadership/management experience
  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the advertised geographical locations (roles will generally cover the scheme across a County area)
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the employability industry

and/or

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry
  • Experience of working with people in ‘advice & guidance’ environments
  • Full driving license
