We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Resettlement Worker to join our Support Team.
As a Resettlement Support Worker, you’ll provide structured, person-centred support to companions who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion, helping them prepare for and successfully move into independent accommodation.
You’ll work closely with companions to explore suitable housing options, develop realistic expectations of housing pathways, and build the practical skills and confidence needed to sustain independent living. You’ll also maintain accurate, outcome-focused support records in line with the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, ensuring high standards of professional practice, safeguarding and accountability.
If you’re passionate about supporting people to achieve lasting independence and make a positive fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.
