Für unser Lehrstuhl für internationale Finanzmärkte suchen wir eine*n Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter (all genders) ab 01.07.2026 | 30 Wochenstunden | zunächst befristet für 3 Jahre | in Berlin | 3.569,53 €/Monat Über uns Unsere Forschung verfolgt einen empirisch-quantitativen Ansatz und befasst sich aktuell mit Themen an der Schnittstelle sind Wechselbeziehungen zwischen Finanzmärkten und realökonomischer Aktivität (Asset Pricing & Market Feedback), Informationsverarbeitung am Finanzmarkt, politisches Risiko, und Microfinance bzw. Impact Investing. Innovationsökonomik, Finanzmärkten. Nachhaltigkeit zwischen Beispiele und der Ihre Aufgaben Sie werden in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Lehrveranstaltungen eingebunden und unterstützen die Betreuung der Studierenden unserer Kurse und Abschlussarbeiten. Sie verstärken das Team durch Ihre Mitarbeit an internationalen Forschungs- und Publikationsprojekten. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Möglichkeit zur Promotion (Dr. im Rahmen unseres strukturierten und etablierten dreijährigen Promotionsprogramms, welches Ihnen rer. pol.) ihren sechs Prozesssicherheit bietet. Sie arbeiten im internationalen Umfeld der ESCP Business School europäischen Standorten). Our Chair of International Financial Markets is looking for a Research Assistant (all genders) from July 01, 2026 | 30 hours per week | initially limited to 3 years | in Berlin | 3.569,53 €/month About Us Our research takes an empirical and quantitative approach and currently focuses on topics at the intersection of the economics of innovation, sustainability and financial markets. Examples include the interrelationships between financial markets and real economic activity (asset pricing and market feedback), information processing in financial markets, political risk, and microfinance and impact investing Your Tasks You will be involved in the preparation and delivery of our courses and will assist with the supervision of students on our courses and their dissertations. You will strengthen the team by contributing to international research and publication projects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to pursue a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) as part of our structured and established three-year PhD programme, which offers you a clear path to completion. You will work within the international environment of ESCP Business School (with its six European campuses). Your Profile You have completed a degree in economics or a related field (Master’s or Diplom) with a focus on finance, achieving above-average results. You enjoy academic work and working with large volumes of data, and you have a basic understanding of empirical methods in social research. You also have a business-fluent command of English; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
