This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 23:59 BST.

The vacancy

As the Research and Analysis Manager, you will:

  • Contribute to a high-quality evidence base for the organisation to support the organisation’s policy, influencing and media objectives.

  • Design and conduct member research, including surveys, to deepen understanding of the challenges facing members and the wider NHS.

  • Deliver high-quality research and analysis, supporting senior colleagues, media enquiries and internal requests.

  • Lead monitoring and analysis of NHS performance and health datasets, identifying trends and implications for members and policy development.

  • Apply project management practices across the research and analysis function, with support from the Senior Research and Analysis Manager).

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research expertise including conducting surveys

  • Experience delivering research projects and findings that inform recommendations to influence public policy.

  • A solid understanding of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel and a passion for producing high-quality data visualisation in one or more tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and using robust data cleaning and validation practices to ensure work is to a high standard.

  • Experience of delivering multiple projects concurrently, while working as part of a team to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
