Working at the heart of our Governance, Performance & Improvement team, you’ll help shape how Willen Hospice plans, measures and continuously improves its services – directly supporting the outstanding care we provide to patients and families across the Milton Keynes area.
What you’ll do:
- Support the annual business planning cycle, coordinating timetables and engaging stakeholders from initiation through to sign-off.
- Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs and dashboards that give leaders clear visibility of progress and emerging risks.
- Analyse data from multiple sources, helping to produce clear narratives and compelling visualisations for various audiences.
- Support the production of clear, accurate reports for a range of stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Build strong working relationships across the Hospice, adapting your approach to suit different audiences.
- Stay curious about emerging technologies, including AI and automation, assessing how they can enhance organisational performance and reporting capability.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong administrator with experience in performance management, business planning or data analysis, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Experienced with data visualisation and reporting tools (such as Power BI, Excel), and confident working with large datasets.
- An excellent communicator who can adapt their style for different audiences.
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work independently to deadlines.
- Curious about new technologies – including AI – and excited by the opportunity to explore how they can improve how we work.
