QSVLI Phase 1 & Phase 2 – Supported Living
Quarriers Village Supported Living (QSVLI) provides person‑centred support to adults living in their own tenancies. Support is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, choice, community involvement and wellbeing, while helping people develop life skills and manage day‑to‑day living.
Riverview – Adult Short Breaks Service
Riverview offers planned and responsive short breaks for adults, providing high‑quality support in a welcoming, supportive environment. The service plays a vital role in supporting both individuals and their families or carers.
All services are based within Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir, and you’ll be required to travel between services — a driving licence is essential.
About the Role
This is a 0‑hour relief contract, offering flexibility to work around your lifestyle. You’ll support people across supported living and short break environments, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Relief work is ideal if you’re looking for:

What you’ll bring
- A genuine desire to support people to live independently and confidently
- A caring, patient and person‑centred approach
- Flexibility to work across QSVLI Phase 1 & 2 and Riverview
- Reliability and a commitment to high‑quality support
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel between services
- Experience in social care is welcome, but not essential — full training will be provided
