Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for Relief Support Workers to join our small residential team in Seaton, Devon - where the seafront is just minutes from the door. This is a flexible, bank role paying £13.00 per hour.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to fit work around other commitments, while gaining valuable experience in a warm, close-knit team beside the Devon coast. No experience required, full training provided.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, caring, and empathetic
  • Reliable and flexible with availability
  • Positive, with a can-do attitude

This role might include supporting people with:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
  • Getting out into the community for activities and social events
