Are you looking for work that fits around your life?
Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for a Relief Support Worker to join our small, close-knit team at Monks Dyke Road in Louth, Lincolnshire on a flexible, bank basis, paying £13.00 per hour.
You'll be part of a team supporting five people with complex needs to live full, meaningful lives on their own terms - whether that's helping someone cook a meal they love, encouraging them to get out into the community, or simply being a steady, trusted presence at home. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this role so rewarding.
Please note: if you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle as public transport in the area is very limited.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
- Positive, with a can-do attitude
- Reliable and flexible with availability
- Willing to attend training and develop in their role
This role might include supporting people with:
- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
- Personal care and hygiene
- Finances and medication
- Getting out into the community for shopping, activities, and social events
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing in everything you do
Benefits
- Free DBS Check
- On-going development opportunities
- Flexible working and family friendly policies
