Relief Shop Manager
- Hours:30 hours per week
- Location:Bucks Locality travel to any RGP shop is required for this role.

Join our friendly and dedicated Retail team and play a key role in helping Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care raise vital funds. You’ll work alongside passionate colleagues and dedicated volunteers, making a real difference in local communities while enjoying a varied and rewarding retail role.
As a Relief Shop Manager, you will provide cover across multiple shops, ensuring they continue to operate efficiently and commercially while maintaining high standards of presentation, compliance and customer experience.
What you will do
✅ Manage the day‑to‑day running of our Retail shops when providing relief cover.
✅ Lead, motivate and support teams of staff and volunteers.
✅ Drive sales, maximise income and achieve KPI targets.
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and high visual merchandising standards.
✅ Maintain compliance with health & safety, cash handling and charity retail regulations.
✅ Support stock control, pricing and donations management.
✅ Act as an ambassador for Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care in the local community.
What you will need
- All candidates musthave the right to work in the UK.
- We do not sponsor for this role and due to the minimal hours required for this role, we cannot progress applications for candidates sponsored by another employer.
- Manual handling and/or heavy lifting.
- Full, current valid UK driving licence.
- Access to a vehicle which can be used for work purposes.
- Car insurance, including business cover.
- Retail experience is desirable.
