Registered Nurses-Full Time or Part Time
Butterwick Hospice is seeking compassionate and committed Registered Nurses to join our Adult Inpatient Unit. Our team provides outstanding, person-centered care for people living with life-limiting illness; while offering vital support to their families at the times they need it most. In this role, you will make a meaningful contribution to delivering high-quality end of life care and complex symptom management, helping every patient achieve the best possible quality of life.

Salary: Starting salary £35,066 per annum- subject to pay review

Main duties of the job
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care under minimum supervision. This includes supervision of both qualified and support staff, and of student nurses during their allocation. As IPU provides twenty-four hour care a willingness to workdays and nights is preferred.
The Registered Nurse will work within the framework of the Multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of care for the patients and support for their relatives and to assist in the nursing team development by keeping abreast of change, involving evidence base and directives from government/organisational policies.
