The role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential House and Opportunities Centre in Dereham. You’ll provide strong, visible leadership — ensuring safe, high-quality, person‑centred support while inspiring and developing your teams.

What you’ll do

  • Lead day-to-day operations across residential and day services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and Health & Safety standards
  • Recruit, develop, and support a skilled, motivated staff team
  • Oversee personalised support plans, risk assessments, and reviews
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing efficiently
  • Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote meaningful community engagement

What we’re looking for

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Management & Leadership qualification (or working towards)
  • Significant experience supporting autistic people and/or those with learning disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of social care legislation and community services
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
