The Offer
- Role: Registered Care Manager
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £46,473.00 per annum
- Location: New Oscott Retirement Village 25 Fosseway Dr, Birmingham B23 5GQ
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be the driving force behind our care delivery.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership:Directly managing the day-to-day operations and supervising Care Coordinators and frontline staff.
- Quality Excellence:Ensuring services not only meet but exceed CQC and local authority requirements through rigorous audits.
- Collaboration:Working with multidisciplinary teams across the village to ensure holistic resident outcomes.
- Growth:Managing recruitment, staff retention, and ensuring your team is highly trained and competent.
- Empowerment:Developing individualised care plans that promote maximum independence for our residents.
Our ideal Registered Care Manager will have:
- Management Experience:A proven track record of leading care teams and managing income/expenditure.
- Regulatory Expertise:A deep understanding of CQC regulations (KLOEs) and experience leading inspections.
- Clinical/Social Care Knowledge:Expertise in safeguarding and developing person-centred care plans.
- Background:Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a strong background, ready for the next step in your career.
- Qualifications:MinimumNVQ Level 3, thoughNVQ Level 5in Health and Social Care is strongly preferred.
