What we’re looking forWe’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Recovery Practitioner to join our Harrow Recovery Service. Via Harrow delivers a full range of clinical and psychosocial interventions across the borough, supporting individuals and their families to improve health, wellbeing, and long‑term recovery.
You’ll:

Manage a caseload and deliver assessments, structured interventions and recovery planning

Provide harm reduction advice, BBV interventions, overdose prevention and naloxone training

Facilitate group and 1:1 psychosocial sessions

Support access to education, employment and wider wellbeing activities

Work collaboratively within multi‑disciplinary teams

Maintain accurate case records and follow safeguarding policies
You’ll have:-
Experience supporting people with substance misuse or other vulnerable groups

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems
-
Understanding of safeguarding, risk management, CQC and GDPR requirements

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete within 1 year)
