About the Role
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to build recovery capital and achieve their personal goals. You will:
Deliver structured one-to-one support and facilitate a range of peer support groups
Provide person-centred interventions that promote long-term recovery
Encourage self-efficacy and empower individuals to take ownership of their recovery journey

Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to:
Manage a caseload of service users, developing, implementing and reviewing tailored recovery and treatment plans
Conduct triage/screening and comprehensive assessments
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with colleagues, family members and significant others where appropriate
Partner with external agencies to deliver shared assessments and coordinated interventions
Support service users’ progression from engagement through structured treatment to sustained recovery
Facilitate access to appropriate treatment pathways and community resources to strengthen recovery and social capital
Develop and deliver high-quality psychosocial interventions in both group and one-to-one settings
About You:
We are seeking positive, motivated and resilient individuals who are confident working within a fast-paced environment and with clients presenting complex needs.
Experience in substance use services is desirable but not essential
We welcome applicants with transferable skills from related sectors
Strong communication, organisational and partnership-working skills are essential
A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach is key
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
