We are recruiting two motivated and diligent Quality & Data Administrators to join our thriving team here at Portland Charity.

We are looking to recruit people who will share our strong commitment to high standards of quality and accuracy, and will play a critical role in supporting the quality assurance activity of the Education department.

The two successful candidates will take on slightly differing roles: one focused on Data Administration, and one focused on Qualification and Quality Administration which includes the delivery of examinations. (If you have a preference for which role you would prefer, please do let us know in your application.)

In this role, you will provide support to the Quality Team and act as an intermediary for staff – ensuring consistency throughout all departments. You will create reports to monitor achievement; organise work placements; and support with inventory management along with multiple other crucial tasks to support the department. You will assist both staff and learners by ensuring individual programmes are correctly documented.

To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are confident in using IT, and you should be able to demonstrate competency with databases, spreadsheets and detailed report writing. As well as working efficiently within a busy team, you will have opportunities to work autonomously where you will manage your own time and work efficiently within specific time frames.

As part of our pre-employment checks, we will be required to carry out a full enhanced (with barred lists) DBS check. This role does involve regulated activity.

*Please note that we will not accept any applications submitted after the campaign has been closed. We may close campaigns early if we have a high volume of applications.
