Qualified Deputy Play Leader – Little Learners After School Club, Cardiff

Salary: £12.71 – £13.71
Qualifications / experience required:
- Level 3 in Playwork.
- Experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Leadership/management experience in Childcare/playwork setting.
- Excellent understanding of Safeguarding Procedures in Wales.
- Understanding of CIW regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check
Description of Duties:
- Act as a Deputy Leader in line with CIW regulations
- Oversee day-to-day running of After School Club
- Support and manage staff in absence of Manager
- Ensure a safe, inclusive environment at all times
- Build positive relationships with parents/carers
