The Vacancy
We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Property Compliance Intelligence Officer to play a pivotal role in safeguarding resident safety and ensuring regulatory excellence.
Working closely with the Property Compliance Manager, you’ll help deliver a robust, data-led compliance assurance framework, ensuring that our systems, data, and reporting provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights. Your work will directly support decision-making, enable early identification of risks, and drive continuous improvement across all compliance workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing
Data & Assurance
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of compliance data across systems
- Conducting data validation, audits, and quality assurance checks
- Identifying inconsistencies and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
Reporting & Insights
- Producing high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership and regulators
- Analysing performance against statutory targets (e.g. gas safety compliance)
- Identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement, translating data into meaningful insight
Systems & Process Improvement
- Acting as a key contact for compliance systems, supporting users and promoting best practice
- Working with IT and system providers to enhance functionality, reporting, and integration
- Mapping and reviewing processes, identifying inefficiencies and strengthening controls
Risk & Compliance Monitoring
- Monitoring compliance performance to identify emerging risks and non-compliance
- Supporting the development and tracking of risk mitigation plans
- Ensuring timely escalation of high-risk issues
About You
You will be naturally analytical, take a proactive approach and will be passionate about using data to drive better outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Experience in data analysis within a business environment (ideally housing or compliance)
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar)
- Experience or exposure to process mapping and business improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective working relationships

To support the role travel will be required from time to time across our operating region, so you will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
