We are a large family support service based in Inverclyde and we are looking to appoint a Project Worker 2. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced family support practitioner to join Barnardo's and support service delivery across our family support service. We provide ‘whole family support' to families with children aged 0-18 across Inverclyde. This role will be working across our Early Years and Attainment Teams and support takes place in a range of settings based on the individual needs of the family, and can include the service base, school and outreach within family homes. The service also has some project workers co-located in schools as part of our PEF (Pupil Equity Funding) contracts.

We are seeking project workers who have experience providing family support, including; parenting support, family work, 1-1 support of children and young people, and groupwork. There is a requirement for flexibility within the role to support the individual needs of children, young people and their families.
