Do you have demonstrated project management experience, including work planning, budget monitoring, procurement, implementation, monitoring, and reporting?

Do you have strong knowledge of Lebanon’s agricultural context, particularly the Bekaa, including experience engaging with farmers and agricultural stakeholders?

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the field-level implementation of Oxfam’s agricultural water-efficiency pilot in Bekaa, ensuring activities are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with project objectives. The role leads engagement, capacity building, technical support, and cash assistance processes with farmers, while overseeing planning, budgeting, procurement, monitoring, and reporting. The position also supports wider WASH field activities and coordinates with municipalities, ministries, Water Establishments, partners, and other stakeholders. It ensures strong accountability, technical quality, gender and protection mainstreaming, and effective coordination across programme teams. In addition, the role supports the development of contract farming approaches, facilitating dialogue and coordination among farmers, businesses, lead firms, suppliers, input providers, humanitarian actors, and policymakers to strengthen sustainable agricultural market linkages.
