Producer - Digital
Premier League Studios is seeking a Producer to support the continued evolution of the Premier League’s digital video output. Working closely with the Senior Producer, editorial, and strategy teams, this role will play a key part in delivering high-impact, audience-first content that drives growth and engagement across our owned and operated platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative content maker with a strong understanding of digital video and a clear sense of what best-in-class looks like across social media. You keep pace with the latest formats, trends and behaviours, and know how to translate them into work that stands out.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering content that resonates with audiences, helping to grow and engage fans through ideas that land and drive impact, grounded in social media best practice.

In November 2024, the Premier League announced it was establishing a new in-house media operations business launching at the start of the 2026/27 Premier League Season. Premier League Studios will be responsible for all international media content production and distribution, providing a best-in-class content service to the Premier League’s partners and millions of passionate fans around the world.

The Role
Content & creative
- Create engaging, platform-native content designed to grow and deepen fan audiences across social and digital platforms.
- Develop ideas – that are creatively ambitious and aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring content delivers against clear objectives. This will range from reactive Matchweek content that responds to on-pitch moments with a clear, dinstinctive identity rooted in what “only we can do”, through to longer-term content plans built over months and delivered around milestones.
- Work closely with editors and motion designers to bring ideas to life, championing strong content design and storytelling.
- Contribute to the development of new formats, franchises, and approaches that set the agenda rather than follow trends.
- Continuously test, learn and iterate our content based on performance and insight.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviours.
- Use data and performance insights to refine content and improve engagement over time.
- Actively seek opportunities to reach new audiences and grow the Premier League fanbase globally.

- Work collaboratively with all content-creation teams internally, and across the Premier League itself, to deliver content aligned to share goals.
- Effectively utilise shared resources, including editing and motion design, to deliver high-quality output (and sometimes, at pace).
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistency met.
Requirements for the role
- Strong experience creating social-first video content for digital platforms, with a clear understanding of what performs across different channels and audiences.
- A strong creative instinct, with the ability to develop distinctive ideas that are audience-led, strategically aligned and capable of cutting through in a crowded content landscape.
- Excellent understanding of platform trends, formats and audience behaviours, with the judgement to translate these into content that feels relevant, authentic and high quality.
- Experience working with editors, motion designers and other creative specialists to shape ideas from concept through to delivery.
- Ability to use data, insight and performance learnings to refine content, improve engagement and inform future creative decisions.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, respond to reactive opportunities and deliver high-quality work to deadline.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence working across teams and making effective use of shared expertise and resources.
- A genuine passion for football, fan culture and the role of digital content in engaging audiences globally.
- Audience-obsessed, with a genuine interest in what fans watch, share and care about.
