    About The Role

    Do you have the prioritisation and communication skills to support our Senior Leadership Team? Are you a proactive horizon-scanner, who enjoys working within a dynamic and fast-paced C-suite level environment?

    This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing high quality and well-informed operational and executive support across their diverse portfolios.

    Together, the SLT are responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction across our University’s key academic and operational functions. Their portfolios are critical to the sustainability of our University and the delivery of our institution’s strategic aims.

    Working with colleagues across our University, the postholder will directly support members of the SLT with the management and delivery of their diverse, while overseeing high-quality administrative support, including diary and correspondence management within their offices.

    The postholder will join a collaborative Executive and Operational Support team within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, and will play a key role in supporting the SLT to deliver their immediate and longer-term objectives.

    The postholder will be the first point of contact for SLT members in respect of all aspects of their portfolios and the day-to-day running of their offices, diaries and correspondence.

    This role will be critical in supporting our Senior Leadership Team, by providing a professional service, shaped and informed by the priorities and values of our University and the broader Higher Education sector.
