We’re looking for a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same – you’ll be involved in a variety of key areas including Learning and Development administration, shared inbox management, and more.
Key skills and experience required:
- Proven experience of working in a fast-moving administrative team, ideally supporting a multi-site organisation within a Training, Learning and Development, or HR function.
- Experience in managing a shared inbox, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively to a range of internal and external enquiries.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service across different communication channels – in person, by phone, and via email – with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Quick to learn new systems and processes, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and take ownership for the accuracy and quality of your work.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information, with up-to-date knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Confident IT skills, including word processing, mail merge, and a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
