Your role at BRE

Maintaining and supporting key customer relationships with existing partners in accordance with contractual agreements

Supporting partners in their interpretation of BRE processes and standards

Identifying opportunities for further collaboration with existing partners
-
Assisting with marketing and sales initiatives by representing BRE in relevant UK and International forums

Actively promoting BRE and its partners through effective information exchange

Monitoring performance of BRE Partners through effective account management and audits

Responding to partner enquiries
-
Preparing regular reports and analysis on financial and other performance indicators for the senior management team
-
Supporting Senior Partnership Account Managers and business development team in developing and formalising relationships with partners to promote and grow BRE internationally.
What we are looking for
Essential

A real desire to engage and build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver greater value

A passion for implementing and maintaining strong customer relationships

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills with an ability to work without supervision

Good presentation skills

IT literate and extensive knowledge of MS office etc.
Desirable
-
Experience or knowledge of the built environment or construction industry
-
Proven experience and track record in a similar role
-
Knowledge of the BREEAM and BRE business.

Work Location Options
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person once per week.
