Partnership Manager

Overview
The Premier League’s Partnerships team is responsible for relationship management, contractual delivery and activation across all Premier League Partners.
The Partnerships Manager will lead the delivery and execution of Partner rights across selected Technology Partners (primarily Microsoft, Adobe and EA Sports), with a focus on activations, campaigns, and events during the early part of the season.
This is a fixed-term role designed to support a defined partnership delivery period, with a focus on maintaining high-quality execution aligned to wider partnership objectives.
The role
- Supporting management of day-to-day delivery relationships with selected Premier League Partners (Microsoft, Adobe and EA Sports).
- Leading the execution of contractual rights, ensuring all commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Project managing partner activations and campaigns contained within the term.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner rights.
- Liaising with Premier League Clubs regarding partner rights, approvals and activation requirements.
- Managing the approval process for partner campaigns and content, including digital and social outputs.
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables and risks, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Supporting ongoing delivery across partnership workstreams, including product, content and innovation initiatives.
- Working closely with the Partnerships Manager to ensure alignment with broader partner strategy and priorities.
Requirements for the role
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in leading sponsorship activation plans and campaigns.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of account management with operational focus.
- Experience working for/with a technology brand within the sponsorship landscape.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Well organised with an ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks.
- A can-do attitude, inspires others through own positive attitudes, energy, and passion.
