About Caring Together Charity
For over 40 years we have been supporting families who are living with an illness or disability.

About the role
Are you a compassionate and caring individual who has always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives?
Supporting people in their daily lives is varied, and no two days are the same. You may help someone develop new skills, provide personal and emotional support, assist with managing their home, or support participation in leisure activities and community life. Support may be provided in people’s own homes or within their local communities. You will also play a proactive role in signposting people and their families to relevant services and sources of support.
We believe in providing excellent care and building meaningful relationships with the people we support. As a Living Wage employer, we offer permanent contracts, flexible working patterns, and clear career development opportunities for Care Professionals. Your contracted hours will be based on your availability.
As part of the Care team, you will deliver flexible, high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice, and control. Working with people of all ages and a wide range of needs, you will help individuals achieve their personal goals and positive outcomes while working closely with colleagues and teams that provide information, advice, and support to unpaid carers.
We require all employees to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS check will be renewed every three years.
