Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (Up to 12 Months)
Salary: £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to provide senior leadership and operational oversight across our clinical services during a period of maternity leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a respected and values-led organisation dedicated to providing compassionate care to patients and families when they need it most.
Working closely with clinical and non-clinical leaders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services, supporting workforce planning, governance, performance reporting, service improvement initiatives, and partnership working. You’ll be a visible and supportive leader, helping teams navigate operational challenges while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone with significant operational management experience within healthcare, hospice, NHS, charity or other regulated environments. You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build positive relationships across a wide range of teams and external partners.
