    Purpose

    The role supports operational teams to deliver safe and effective services by embedding health and safety best practice into day-to-day operations. Working closely with managers and frontline teams, the post holder identifies opportunities for improvement, supports the implementation of corrective actions, and helps embed learning from incidents, audits and assurance activity. Through coaching, guidance and practical support, the role contributes to a positive safety culture, strengthens organisational resilience and helps improve outcomes for colleagues, participants and the wider organisation.

    You will be homebased with nationwide travel required
