Open Research Officer (Research Metrics), Digital & Information Services (LIB256A)

This full-time post is based in the Open Research Team within the University Library. The post holder will work in a specialist role to support the University’s research and citations strategies through the collation, analysis and interpretation of research metrics, providing context and advice to senior academic and professional services staff, and support and training in their effective and appropriate use to researchers at all levels.

Job Description

This post will form part of the Directorate of Digital & Information Services within the University’s Professional Services. With approximately 1,500 staff, professional Services consists of several student and academic focused areas as well as other corporate and support areas.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 6 scale, £38,784 - £46,049 per annum and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
