RHACC provides contemporary, purpose-built art and design facilities for people of all abilities. We want our students to learn from expert tutors and develop their creativity for personal enjoyment or to forward their creative careers.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic oil painting restoration tutor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to share your specialist conservation and restoration expertise with adult learners in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will design and deliver engaging, high-quality sessions that inspire learners and help them develop practical restoration skills and an understanding of conservation ethics.

We require a tutor who has experience of planning, teaching and assessment, who can differentiate and provide an inclusive learning environment where equality and diversity are paramount in the development of teaching and learning resources. A successful candidate will have experience of working in an industry that can be used to inspire and influence their learners on their individual creative journeys.

Hours are variable and cover daytimes, evenings and weekends. Tutors work closely with programme managers in the designing, planning and delivering courses which stretch and challenge our learners as well as preparing a variety of learning materials, providing guidance to learners on progression options, attending termly meetings and completing course administration.
