Position Overview:
 

The Officer, EdTech is required technical & hands-on Experience in Technologies of e-learning, online assessment platforms and App development. A good understanding of LMS and App content development/integration cycle. Should be aware of relevant trends and latest technologies. They should have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in App development and web technologies. Position required to manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee projects with comprehensive top-down management, ensuring adherence to defined standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Take a leadership role in digital content dissemination projects, facilitating seamless collaboration across various departments.

  • Data Digitization and Streamlining: Lead the initiative to streamline and digitize data collection processes, particularly focusing on the RTR (Return to Roots) project for the current year.

  • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify suitable partners/vendors, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and manage project activities end-to-end.

  • Development Lifecycle Ownership: Guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages, with a focus on effective work review and technical risk management of assigned projects.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and ensure transparent tracking of project progress.

  • Technical Expertise and Resource Management: Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration. Identify resource and equipment needs, conduct efficient capacity planning, and manage software/hardware availability.

  • Organizational Efficiency: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking. Generate detailed reports on measurable project items such as milestones and deliverables.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Instructional Designers, Administrators, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure optimal setup and execution of educational content delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work Experience.

  • Experience working with e-learning platforms and online assessment systems.

  • Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their implementation.

  • Ability to support technology-enabled learning solutions and digital education platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with in the Edtech, including development work.
