We are a team of professionals from different organisations that come together to provide Assessments, Interventions and Support together in one place which we call the Swansea NPT 360, with the aim of engaging vulnerable individuals in support services and signposting to relevant support. We are made up of staff that come from The Wallich, Crisis, SBUHB, Barod and Welsh Refugee Council working together to give the best support possible for homeless people in complex situations.

Working collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team (MDT), the OT provides flexible, trauma‑informed, and person‑centred practice across outreach, drop‑in, and service‑based environments.
