- Excellent stakeholder management with a collaborative manner
- A resilient, proactive and adaptable approach — comfortable working at pace

Why join NSPCC?
Everything we do protects children today and prevents abuse tomorrow, to transform society for every childhood.
You'll play a key role in keeping children on Jersey safe, funding essential child protection services delivered from the NSPCC Gower Centre in St Helier.
Each year we see hundreds of children and adults from across Jersey, so that we can help create safer childhoods for everyone growing up on the Island. Whether it's through our direct post-abuse recovery services like Letting the Future In, or wider community preventative programmes in schools, everything we do is focused on supporting those who have suffered abuse or neglect, and preventing it from happening in the first place.
Reporting to the NSPCC Associate Head of Supporter Relationships you will be part of a passionate team, committed to giving every childhood the chance it deserves.
You will receive a range of benefits including generous Annual leave allowance (29 days plus Bank holidays), Life Assurance, Pension Contribution and Employee Assistance Programme.
Some travel to the UK will be required and evening and weekend working for events is sometimes needed.
Applicants must be ‘Entitled' or ‘Entitled to work' in Jersey.

As an organisation, we are committed to creating and fostering a culture that promotes safeguarding and the welfare of all children and adults at risk. Our safer recruitment practices support this by ensuring that there is a consistent and thorough process of obtaining, collating, analysing and evaluating information from and about candidates to ensure that all persons appointed are suitable to work with our children and adults.
At the NSPCC we are on a journey to becoming a trauma-informed organisation for the children, young people and families that we work with, as well as our staff and volunteers. To be trauma-informed is one of the guiding principles that shape and guide our 2021-2031 Strategy. This means understanding the nature of adversity, trauma, and resilience so that we can work towards reducing and preventing further harm and promoting recovery and healing. Coming to work at the NSPCC will provide the opportunity for you to join us in our commitment to becoming a trauma-informed organisation.
