Shift times: 7pm – 7:30pm

Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support
  • Promoting independence, dignity and choice
  • Supporting with personal care where required
  • Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks
  • Completing records and reports accurately
  • Responding to individual needs throughout the night
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive environment
