St Hugh’s College is offering a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Night Shift Manager to learn and progress with excellent financial and work/life balance benefits.

This is a full-time position working an average of 42 hours per week on a four nights on four nights off shift pattern over a six-week cycle. The role involves 12-hour shifts, typically from 7.00pm to 7.00am, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota system. Flexibility is required to meet the operational needs of the College. There will be an additional unsociable-hours payment between the hours of 11.00pm-6.00am.

You must be flexible, customer focused, approachable, professional and passionate about high standards of logistics, facilities support and student support and welfare. You will also have experience in leadership and operational management within a similar customer-facing role. Ideally you will have experience within security, and also safety experience would be an advantage.
