What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Night General Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of our venue overnight and to deliver an excellent experience for all guests and clients.
As Night General Assistant, you’ll be the key point of contact during out-of-hours operations, ensuring guests are supported, the venue is secure, and everything is well prepared for the day ahead.
- Support night operations and act as the main point of contact for guests out of hours
- Prepare breakfast and refreshment areas and assist with the catering setup
- Operate the till, handle cash, and complete end-of-shift cashing up
- Clean and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to a high standard
- Carry out general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and linen management
- Ensure the site is secure overnight and respond to any issues or emergencies
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar environment
- Practical and dependable approach to work
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Committed to maintaining high standards
