Location: Flexible: RSCM office in Salisbury or working from home (or hybrid) by agreement. Regular visits to Salisbury for team meetings will be required, at the postholder’s expense, if primarily working from home.

The Choir Project is a bold three-year national programme, funded by the Church of England’s People and Partnerships Fund, designed to use music and choirs as a strategic entry point to nurture children and young people within the worshipping life of the Church.

The Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) is looking for a Network Engagement Officer. The Network Engagement Officer will involve work with participating churches, dioceses and theological education institutions to facilitate and develop their involvement in The Choir Project.

Are you enthused by helping churches reach out to children and young people effectively? Are you an excellent communicator, able to support and encourage stakeholders and nurture strong relationships? We are looking for a Network Engagement Officer to work with participating churches, dioceses and theological education institutions to facilitate and develop their involvement in The Choir Project. The successful candidate will have strong administrative and record keeping skills and be a collaborative and creative problem solver.

This offers flexible working options with regular visits to our office, set in the beautiful Cathedral Close in Salisbury.
