Victim Support are looking for a Multi Crime Caseworker to join the National Resilience Team, working 37.5 hours a week. All members of our team are home working, based in the UK, supporting victims of crime virtually (on screen or by phone) throughout England and Wales. We work remotely alongside local Victim Support teams to help them deliver high quality services and to meet demand.

About the role:
As a Multi Crime Caseworker you will:
- be the first point of contact for clients from the area, or contract to which you have been allocated
- carry a caseload of clients within each allocated area as directed
- maintain case management records, developing personal support plans, and referring clients on, as required
- work with colleagues in local teams, and as part of a national team, to ensure that all outcomes and KPI measures are met
You will need:
- strong personal resilience, self-motivation and flexibility to work virtually with different teams, as deployed to do so
- an understanding of the impact of crime on victims
- experience of working with clients to achieve outcomes, based on needs and risk assessments
- knowledge and understanding of the requirement for confidentiality and safe working practices
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to work from home effectively, both on your own and as part of a team
