MOBILE DEPUTY SHOP MANAGER | £24,970 per annum + annual bonus schemeFull time - 37.5 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7 - with some weekend working required).

WHY THIS ROLE?

As a Mobile Deputy Shop Manager at Dorothy House Hospice Care, you'll work closely with our Shop Manager teams across your area to support the day‑to‑day running of our busy charity shops. You'll help create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers, donors and volunteers across the stores, while playing an important part in supporting your local community.

We'll provide all the tools, training and ongoing support you need to succeed. No retail or charity experience is required - just a passion for people, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and step up when needed.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Demonstrates a good standard of Maths and English
  • Is an excellent team player with a passion for people skills
  • Demonstrates good prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Demonstrates a positive, energetic and customer focused approach

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience working in Retail or Charity Shop
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
