About the Role

MAP is seeking a dedicated professional to support the ongoing development, quality assurance, and adaptive implementation of its MHPSS programming in Gaza, contributing to evidence-based, accountable, and context-responsive interventions aligned with MAP’s strategic priorities and donor requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with relevant qualifications or experience in psychology, social work, mental health, or a related field. The candidate should have experience in project management and the full project cycle, including M&E, data collection, and reporting, preferably in humanitarian or MHPSS contexts in Gaza or similar settings.

Strong skills in budgeting, risk management, and adaptive implementation are required, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and produce high-quality reports. Excellent English and Arabic communication skills and experience engaging with diverse stakeholders are essential.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works in partnership with Palestinian communities to uphold their rights to health and dignity.
