Mess Café Woodseats Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will support the Project Manager in the day-to-day running of Mess Café Woodseats, helping to ensure high standards of customer service, hospitality and coffee quality. The role includes taking responsibility for café operations during designated shifts, particularly when the Project Manager is focused on the training and discipleship programme or is otherwise absent.

The Assistant Manager will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and supportive environment for customers, staff and Team Members, modelling the values and ethos of The Message Trust in all aspects of café life.
