Mend & Tend Coordinator

Part time 6 hours per week,

Salary range £13.01 – £13.53 per hour depending on experience

Based in Gosport

Would you like to support your community by helping to provide support for people enabling them to stay independent in their homes for longer?

We are looking for a Mend & Tend Coordinator to run the service and provide individually tailored, high-quality support making sure that the most vulnerable in our communities are able to maintain and maximise their independence, health and wellbeing.

You will have specific responsibility for coordinating the day to day operation of the scheme.

If you have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and empathy and a good understanding of the issues faced by clients (e.g. older and vulnerable people) we want to hear from you.
